Now that the signet of capture goes off dead Bosses it is impossible to get some skills such as Barrage. Example: At end of mission when killing Markis a cinematic starts as soon as he dies no skill can be captured same with alot of other missions. I personally suggest if keeping the new Signet of Capture (which i do think is awesome)there should be a 30 second delay before cinematic start or a way that you can just target the boss and it lists skills instead of him being dead and it list them just list while alive too.

others that it does this is Custodian Dorian, Undead Prince Rurik
Any other opinions? also anybody know any other bosses it does this at i want to put them all on the ticket for it to get fixed

Yes, I totally agree.
Especially the Markis part is true, all people were telling rangers to bring capture.
So I did, and well, the mission ended and didnt get to capture.

This does need to be fixed, as making skills impossible to get is kind of a major problem.

However, as a side note..

Barrage can be captured from Snyk The Hundred Tongue , a Wurm boss in Abaddon's Mouth. So that one is still useable.

I'm so glad this topic has been the start to many posts. Because 1 is just not enough for ANet to realize the problem.
